RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive the hair extensions and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return them to us for a refund minus the cost of shipping. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Any hair extensions that have been manipulated, washed or worn in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged. For altered products (bundles are unwrapped and/or extensions have been used) all sales are final. We will honor this guarantee for up to 7 days after your delivered order. There will be a 30% restocking fee for any orders placed and later cancelled due to negligence on the customer's part.

For any return or exchange, the extensions must be in the original state in which they were sent to you.

If you wish to exchange your items for a different style or length, return your items, and we will send your updated items. Additional shipping charges will be incurred for exchanges. Also, please note, If the requested lengths change, we will have to adjust the cost of your order.

SHIPPING POLICY:

For all orders, your shipping address must match your billing address. If not, your order will be canceled. If you would like your order shipped to a separate address, please email LunaLuxuriesBoutique@gmail.com, subject titled, "Request for change of shipping address Order #" within 2 hours of placing your order. The  contents of your email should include your order #, name, and billing address. We will confirm that the information is correct and will update your order to be shipped to the appropriate address.

All packages are shipped via USPS and REQUIRE SIGNATURE upon delivery. Additionally,  insurance will be added to every order to protect your purchase. 

 

PROCESSING TIMES:

Please allow 24 hours for payment processing for credit card payments. After your order has been processed, shipping can take between 3-5 business days dependent upon your location, and up to 10 days for international shipping.

Processing times for orders can reach 5-7 business days. In rare cases shipments can be delayed due to new inventory being held in customs, natural disasters, etc. As we have no control over these circumstances, they do not render a refund being issued. An email will be sent to you should this situation occur during your normal processing time to make you aware of any delays. Products will be shipped once processing is complete.

We do not ship on weekends. An email notification will be sent to your email address with a tracking number.

Please Note: PROCESSING TIMES FOR HAIR EXTENSION ORDERS WILL INCREASE UP TO 3-5 ADDITIONAL DAYS DURING SALE EVENTS and HOLIDAYS DUE TO HIGH VOLUME ORDERS. Please take this in consideration prior to completing your order. Sale events increase the likelihood of certain textures/ closures and frontals selling out. Our top priority is to ensure each customer receives quality products. We will not compromise on quality due to higher order volumes. Please note an 8-12 day waiting period during sales; however expect nothing less than a quality product.
